Wedding & Events Coordinator

Rocking Zebra Recruitment is currently looking for an Events Coordinator to join this luxurious establishment based on the edge of Swindon.
As the Events Coordinator you will be supporting the Wedding and Events department being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and looking to maximise every selling opportunity. You will be meeting with guests to discuss their requirements, producing detailed itineraries and generating invoices. You will be proactively selling your division over the phone and at exhibitions/shows with your strong and confident communication skills. This role is very hands on seeing you work with multiple departments internally and forging strong customer relationships ensuring expectations are exceeded.
To be considered for this role ideally you will have experience of working within a similar industry. You will be a tenacious individual able to offer flexibility and be able to work towards sales targets. You will provide high attention to detail, be able to carry multiple workloads and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
