Sales Administrator
Shrivenham
£16,000 - £18,000 DOE
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Sales Administrator to join an established business based on the edge of Swindon.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the internal sales support function, processing orders, answering the phone and email enquiries, producing quotes and general office admin.
Key Responsibilities
• First point of contact for all incoming customer calls and emails.
• Qualification of orders and enquiries, price & delivery enquiries, order processing and delivery progressing
• Process credit-card payment transactions
• Administration of orders, despatches and stock administration within SAP
• Maintenance of customer records on CRM
• General administration filing
• Support the Customer Service team, supporting ad hoc
Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience within an office environment, matched with similar experience in an internal sales or administration role
• Commercially and business aware
• Can demonstrate their ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations
• Knowledge of SAP advantageous
• Passionate about the delivery of excellent customer service
• IT literate across MS Excel
• Has a good level of interpersonal skills
• Very high communication skills
• Has sense of pride in the service they provide
