Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for an experienced client facing Team Leader to lead client onboarding and to supervise a team of 3 internal advisors deliver excellent customer service.
Client Relationship
Lead and supervise the Team to achieve high levels of client care.
Ensure quality is maintained for all clients by regular review calls/meetings and quality checks on all client data.
Establish and develop relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and develop potential for new business.
Co-ordinate the set-up of new clients across the Team to include processes & training
Develop and maintain processes in Team to achieve high levels of client care.
Ensure professional and efficient problem resolution.
Team Leadership
Coach and develop the team to achieve business and personal goals.
Motivate the team including conducting regular reviews and team meetings
Supervise the Team including performance and absence management of the team.
Communication
Work closely with the Contact Centre Business Development team and Contact Centre operations.
Maintain accurate client records to assist the Finance Department.
Establish and develop relationships with other departments to ensure good communications are maintained.
Ensure that communication is consistent, timely and informative.
Database & Filing
Ensure that the customer database and client files are maintained with quality information and constantly updated with all relevant information.
Ensure document control is updated and maintained at all times.
Experience and personal qualities
Proven experience working within a client focused environment, ideally involved in business process improvement and project work.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team
Ability to lead, manage and influence team/s
Coaching skills
Well spoken, articulate and positive. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Professional manner, able to construct business emails and establish rapport.
Excellent customer focus.
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging customers.
Good organisational skills, time management and ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet targets and deadlines
Positive and flexible approach to working with a can-do attitude.
Confident PC and keyboard skills. Able to produce reports from varying in-house databases to measure KPI’s.
Numerate with the ability to track budgetary performance
