Rocking Zebra are on the hunt for an experienced agency side Account Manager who has worked within a digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing clear internal briefs that aid the agency planning process and then ensuring thorough follow through.
- Management of client expectations, providing updates on client progress and proactively seeking to solve potential problems.
- Proactively be up-to-date on planning for clients along with seeking new ideas and opportunities for both the client and the agency.
- Take the initiative in building strong client relationships at mid weight client level.
- Contribute to and manage the development of client strategy, schematics and channel planning.
- Attend and lead client meetings driving forward delivery on all campaigns.
- Provide senior Account Management staff with monthly and quarterly spend details and monitor digital and affiliate burn rates.
- Guide, mentor and train Account Executives working on your allocated clients.
Skills Required
• Motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious and proactive marketer.
• Experience of working within a fast paced agency environment.
• A passion for the digital space.
• Knowledge of Display, Affiliates, PPC, SEO and Social Media an advantage.
• Analytical approach with strong excel skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Educated to degree level with an academic degree obtained.
