Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for a Client Services Executive to join an exciting rapidly growing business. You will act as the main point of contact for clients; representing them within the business and working together with internal departments to drive client satisfaction; thereby maximising revenue/profit for the company.
Role responsibilities
Client Service
Establish and cultivate relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Manage the day to day client relationship, responding to client enquiries and finding solutions to client issues
Provide client excellence in all internal and external communications
Develop potential opportunities for new business with existing clients
Ensure accurate reports are sent to clients within agreed deadlines
Be proactive with any feedback to/from clients
Maintain regular contact (phone, email, face to face) with clients
Respond to client’s request within reasonable timescales
Administration
Support the implementation of new clients
Maintain the client database so information is accurate and up to date
Maintain client information and any other internal systems
Identify and implement screen enhancements to improve operational activity
Keep all processes and procedures fully compliant and up-to-date in line with requirements
Communication
Develop strong internal relationships to aid effective delivery in your role
Work closely across to ensure client satisfaction/contracts are fulfilled
Ensure all relevant parties are informed of key client updates in a timely manner
Other
Assist/support team members as required to ensure all team activities/targets are achieved
Carry out any other duties as commensurate with this position
Be proactive to anticipate and resolve issues both internally and externally
Show enthusiasm to make things happen and contribute recommendations for improved client satisfaction
