IT 1st Line Support

Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for an IT 1st Line Support Administrator to work for this multi million pound organisation based in Swindon. You will be working within a small but growing IT department.
Responsibilities to include:
• Responding to all incoming calls and emails, logging queries, qualifying the issues and forwarding to engineers/analysts
• Liaising with external suppliers in requesting for updates, in order to send internal notifications/emails about system failures and process updates
• Checking and confirming automated reports, updating spreadsheets, internal database and gathering data
• Supporting a wide variety of hardware and software issues remotely by telephone and onsite
• Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
• Providing great analytical and problem solving skills
• Escalating incidents and complaints as and when required
• Communicating with third party technical specialists
• Diagnosis and repair of desktops, laptops, tablets and peripheral devices
