Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join an established business based on the edge of Swindon.
My recently refurbished and award winning client is beautifully situated in picturesque surroundings on the edge of Wiltshire, The Cotswolds and the Oxfordshire borders. Due to ambitious future plans, my client is looking to appoint a vibrant and enthusiastic Receptionist, being front of house welcoming all visitors through the doors!
As the Receptionist you will be play a pivotal role with the running of the business- your warm welcoming will set the expectations of your guests. You will be meeting and greeting, arranging accommodation requirements, payments and advising of the food and beverage menus. Your polite and polished telephone manner will enable you to effectively communicate at multiple levels. Your role will involve a high level of responsibility keeping up to date with business commercials and keeping all suppliers and clients up to date with regular contact. You will ensure you are maximising all sales opportunities by being a fantastic ambassador and keeping your knowledge up to date with regards to the services and experiences that are on offer. To be considered for this role you will be a bright, bubbly and energetic individual. You will have an eye for detail, will be highly organised and will have the ability to multi task. You will offer flexibility, commitment and will be approachable.
Previous hospitality experience is desirable! Due to location, your own transport is required.
