Buyers Administrator
Chalgrove
£17,000- £21,000
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Buyers Administrator to join an established retail head office based on the edge of Chalgrove.
To support my clients continued success, they are looking for a Buyers Administrator to liaise with suppliers, manage stock and keep up to date spread sheets and reports.
Role Responsibilities:
· Support the Buyer in the ordering, logging and returning of samples from suppliers
· Manage organization of samples for selection, range reviews and shoots
· Accurately log all samples on selection spread sheets
· Manage the sample invoices, processing these and raising debit notes as required
· Writing detailed and accurate product descriptions for the Buyer to use in web and catalogue copy
· Updating the range spread sheet to ensure information is completed in full and accurate detail
· Maintain an up-to-date understanding of range performance and sales reports
· Maintain awareness of catalogue range and buying processes
· Arrange for suppliers to produce accurate and complete product specifications for all new products and clothing size charts
· Liaison with warehouse and suppliers to resolve any quality questions and issues
· Booking accommodation and transport for the buyers trips in accordance to the budget
· Any other ad hoc office admin support duties
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within retail or have worked within a retail head office would be desirable. You will have a high level of commercial acumen, a sense of pace and will be tenacious and resilient! You will be a confident communicator, a successful relationship builder and you will have passion to see through any task and challenge the end!
You will be highly organised, have an analytical and logical mind and you will have advanced IT skills particularly in MS Excel.
