Campaign Executive (Hybrid)
Location: Chippenham
Salary: £24,000 per annum
 
We are seeking a customer-focused and collaborative Campaign Executive to join our team in Chippenham. In this role, you will handle client queries, partner with Campaign Managers, collaborate across departments, and ensure quality responses. You will also support the Campaign Support Manager, participate in meetings, maintain standard operating procedures, and contribute to departmental priorities.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve client queries and questions, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers to support designated client accounts.
  • Proactively review tickets and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.
  • Respond accurately and concisely to tickets, avoiding ambiguity.
  • Support the Campaign Support Manager in various areas.
  • Participate actively in meetings and contribute to discussions.
  • Foster collaboration with other teams.
  • Maintain and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Acknowledge and assess incoming tickets within agreed timeframes.
  • Investigate and collaborate with internal teams for query resolution.
  • Support website briefing and testing activities.
  • Engage in client status calls and assist with raffle draws.
  • Collaborate with technical and business analysis teams for improvement.
  • Monitor outstanding tickets and escalate as needed.
  • Provide training on query handling tools.
  • Assist in incident management and maintain knowledge base.
 
Skills and Experience:
  • Strong customer service skills with a deep understanding of its principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and effective prioritization.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formula writing level).
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Reliable, self-starting, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability to evolving processes and procedures.
