Rocking Zebra recruitment is working with an established organisation based in Swindon that are looking for an Administrator to join their team.  With a client base across Europe, US and Australia and with plans to grow in the Middle East and China this company has excellent growth plans.  They have an enviable reputation for client retention and are keen to find a super enthusiastic Administrator to come on their journey with them.

The Position:

The Administrator will be joining this small and friendly team who have a great sense of humour and have worked within the company for a number of years

 

Key responsibilities:

 

• Working closely with Directors and Account Managers, supporting the whole admin process 

• Supporting and inputting information onto the internal CRM 

• Responsible for all admin that relates clients

• Supporting the Office Manager with ad hoc duties when needed 

• Responsible for filing all paperwork 

 

 

Personal characteristics & Experience 

 

• Proven ability to multi task 

• Strong work ethic 

• Good people skills 

• Excellent verbal and written English 

• A shown interest in developing processes and enjoyment in admin tasks

• An ability to interact via email and face to face with clients
