Service Administrator
Swindon
£16,000 - £20,000
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join an established and continuously growing business based in Swindon.
As Service Administrator you will provide a high level of support to internal teams, external Engineers and sales teams, ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
· Answering incoming telephone calls and email correspondence
· Communicating directly with customers on a day to day basis via email / telephone
· Administration of new and existing contracts
· Logging readings and generating invoices - Managing quotations and sales orders processes
· Generating and maintaining internal and external documentation relating to purchases
· Coordinating with the External Sales team on customer enquiries and quotations
· Support the warehouse department on their daily tasks
Skills & Experience
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
· Confident IT skills particularly with MS Excel
· Have the ability to problem solve
· Ability to work under pressure
· Possess a proactive yet flexible approach to work
· High levels of attention to detail
· Has high initiative
· Ability to multitask
