Inside Sales Executive
Cirencester

Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently recruiting for an Inbound Sales Executive for an established organisation based on the outskirts of Cirencester.
Our client is a customer focused B2B organisation with an outstanding reputation for service and an enviable market share.
Key Responsibilities
• Inbound and outbound calls, qualifying, negotiating and quoting customers
• Offering a high level of customer service, maximising every opportunity in line with targets and customer expectations
• Processing of customer orders
• Liaising with customers to update them regarding logistics and deadlines
• Communicating with internal and external teams to ensure customer expectations are met
• Adhoc administration
• Working with a CRM and updating accurately for reporting
This role would be suitable for someone with a sales or customer service background; you must have a passion for offering a high level of service, objection handling and working in a team.
Ideally someone who is looking to progress and develop. You will have the ability to persuade, influence and liaise effectively, with the motivation and desire to work toward targets.
