Internal Sales Administrator
Cricklade
£14,000 - £18,000 DOE
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our continuously expanding client based in Cricklade
Joining a busy and vibrant team, you will be providing administrative support; managing incoming enquiries from both existing and potential customers, advising and referring to the design and quotation team and supplying quotations – following up in a timely manner
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely response to customer enquiries using email and phone
• Responsible for sales administration; Receipt of customer order
• Acknowledgement and follow up of quotations, turning these into valid sales where possible
• Referral of all inquiries to relevant internal teams, suppliers and contractors
• Accurate entry of data into all company in-house systems
• Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
•
Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience of working in a similar Sales Administration role within a customer focused environment is advantageous
• Experience of using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel etc.
• Educated to GSCE level or equivalent
• Strong Literacy and numeracy skills
Working hours are Monday- Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Full training will be provided to better your product understanding, aiding your growth within the company
