- Business Development ExecutiveShrivenham£17-19k + OTEThis is an exciting new role working for a market leader within their space.You will be working as part of the sales team, offering support to the external BDM’s and Account Managers. You will be working as part of a successful and motivated team. Activity is focused on developing new business, you must be willing to learn and develop with the business.Key Responsibilities• You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new leads• A mix of warm and cold calling to build and maintain your pipeline from a specific set of data• Your role will be pivotal within the sales team, having the ability to engage and qualify with prospects and hold a strong conversation to qualify for the external team• Plan own calls to ensure all opportunities are explored and followed up• A blend of telephone, emails and marketing campaigns• Working toward agreed KPI’s and collaborating with the Sales Manager to identify ways to expand the sales pipeline• Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date and used effectively to drive performanceKey Characteristics• Willing to learn and develop• Strong administration skills• Can demonstrate a consultative research based sales process• Ability to work with the external team• Telephone manner• A progressive and adaptable outlook• Hungry, ambitious and drivenYou will be a motivated and ambitious individual who is comfortable working independently supporting the growth of the business.
