Rocking Zebra are recruiting for an experienced Partnership Manager to join a growing team based near Chippenham.
You will be a key member of the Partnerships and Business Development Team, focusing on growth with strategic existing and new partners.
Partnerships is a an integral part of delivering the overall business plan. You will be the main point of contact for a number of relationships, ensuring they are well managed, delivering as planned and reinforce brand values.
You will also manage relationships with our third party intermediaries, including price comparison sites and on-line brokers, who provide a direct route to market. Your role is to ensure we are well positioned, accurately represented, operating efficiently, and are maximising the opportunities for growth and development.

Ideally minimum 3 years managing key relationships with partners
Ideally minimum 1 year account managing intermediaries

Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
Confident presenting, negotiating and influencing people across all levels of an organisation
Strong communication skills
Managing and reporting to KPIs
Responsibilities
Creatively manage partnerships to develop opportunities and maximise value for business
Work with Partnerships and Business Development Manager, Propositions Manager and other teams across business to evaluate opportunities presented by owned accounts.
Working closely with Marketing and Comms to guide and support delivery of activities
Account management of domestic brokers and other commercial relationships, including; relationship management, maintaining commercial contracts, reporting, invoicing & payments, trouble shooting.
Accountability for KPIs, with significant contribution to team targets
Deliver efficient and effective account management including; planning, budgeting, reporting and trouble shooting
Financial management for Partnership and TPI budgets
Internal and external stakeholder management
Input into business growth strategy, planning and forecasting
Act as an ambassador for the team and for business
