Client Relations Executive
Chippenham
Up to £22,000 DOE
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a confident and personable Client Relations Executive to join a thriving outsourced marketing solutions and services company based in Chippenham.
The Position:
You will play a pivotal role within a busy Sales team, responsible for assisting Account Managers on various accounts, you will responsible for arranging appointments and diaries for a portfolio of commercial marketing companies.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the creation of new accounts whilst managing existing. With your fantastic relationship building skills, you will be maintaining long term relationships, maximising sales opportunities.
• To research relevant companies and geographies
• Uphold and develop customer relationships ensuring the best possible service experience
• Managing appointment setting
• Ensuring delivery of client satisfaction and values at all opportunities
Skills & Experience:
• Excellent persuasion ability
• The ability to articulate a clear and concise proposition in a timely manner with impact
• Proven record of providing excellence in customer services
• Confidence to speak to key decision makers
• Computer literacy along with excellent written English, spelling and grammar
• The motivation to succeed
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
