The Company

The Account Executive will work with the Account Management team to deliver an outstanding service to all our clients. The role will involve liaising with clients, working with account management colleagues to liaise with editors and art editors to execute projects, project management administration, digital content management and some video production support.
Core responsibilities:
Undertake market research and product analysis into key target areas
Create timely and accurate client reports using a variety of reporting tools with great attention to detail.
Set a high standard in terms of general behaviour, appearance and professionalism
Assist in developing the internal and external positive reputation to all stakeholders – colleagues, clients, suppliers, partners and the wider industry,
To maintain client relationships.
Managing the day-to-day running of each project from start to finish, under the supervision of the account lead.
To ensure projects run both on schedule.
You will manage costs on owned project areas, reporting them to your account lead.
You will be targeted, alongside the team, to grow client accounts, contributing to the commercial success of the wider department
Skills and experience required:
You will have knowledge of both print and digital content and a genuine interest in a media or marketing career. It’s essential that you enjoy liaising with clients and present yourself confidently to both internal and client stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and currently be working at Account Executive level, or be able to evidence work experience to this standard.
You'll have substantial agency experience, or in a similar client facing environment. You are confident running projects and understand the daily demands of account handling.
Your written work must be to a good standard of spelling and grammar, you will feel confident working with numbers and using basic office software including Excel, and dress smartly
