Rocking Zebra are recruiting for a number of experienced Digital Marketing Leads to join a UK leading household named brand at a time of exciting growth.
We are interested in talking with agency side and client side digital candidates from technical campaign analytics through to client services backgrounds. You may also come from a UX or customer journey digital marketing background.
We are looking for candidate to work within 1 of 6 major brands working closely with key stakeholder in an Agile methodology to challenge the business case from a perspective of how to make the customer journey better through all digital channels.

Relevant qualifications required (as applicable)
Experience working in a Digital Sales environment
Experience in growing online sales and delivering a sales target
Experience of building strong inter-organisational relationships focused to deliver business objectives.
Good level of experience of website management, and experience of delivering new and innovative digital capabilities within medium to large businesses
Acute understanding of insight, data, analytics and research with the ability to turn into solutions
Responsibilities
Fulfil the ‘product owner’ role within the Agile development process, defining requirements and contributing to the Solution Design
Shaping, developing and delivering a series of value based digital sales initiatives to improve the profitability of the business
Identify new opportunities to enhance the capabilities of the digital sales experience for the business
Virtual team management of the IS scrum teams to develop onsite experience and future digital capability and propositions for existing and new partnerships.
Be the bridge between IS development and the requirements of the business / commercial stakeholders. Develop strong relationships with IS and other business units to support the delivery of projects.
Contribute to driving innovation and ensuring new market leading digital capabilities are developed and integrated into the business.
Continuously review the web analytics data to understand customer pain points to optimise core sales funnels
Developing the measurement and KPI reporting of delivered changes to track benefits realisation, on-going improvement and recommendations for change
Continuously reviewing and optimising key sales funnels to increase overall sales conversion and achieve sales targets
Represent commercial values to influence and implement the best strategic direction for the Digital sales experience
Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve the required outcomes
Report on progress, presenting clear, timely and justifiable conclusions and recommendations for action where decisions are needed
Manage issues, and regularly review risks, escalating where relevant
Ensure customer related information systems are operated to the required standard to maintain accurate and secure records.
