Customer Support Executive - 6mth contract
Cirencester
£18,000 + 2k
Rocking Zebra recruitment is looking for an ambitious individual to join our established client based in Cirencester!
Joining as an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be maintaining and building both external and internal relationships, working to pace and offering an intelligent and innovative approach to your daily tasks.
- Managing client orders throughout the whole sales cycle- ensuring all customer enquiries are processed on the in-house system
- Liaising with suppliers relating to sourcing products
- Liaising with internal departments relating to the shipment of products and logistics
- Maintaining the internal database
- Working towards customer KPI’s and SLAs
Depending on your determination and capabilities, our client encourages internal career progression. This role has the natural progression to move in to an Account Management role!
To be considered for this role you will be educated to GCSE level with Grade C or above in Maths and English. You will have experience of working within a business office environment, working to pace and communicating across multiple levels. You will be focused and target driven, you will be outgoing and confident and you take pride and ownership in your work.
