Rocking Zebra are proud to be working with a locally based business that have a great reputation within their sector. They are looking to appoint a Digital Transformation Manager to strengthen the digital team and take the business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
· Experience of working on UX strategies and deployment, mapping the end to end user’s journey
· You will lead and deliver user experience projects
· Responsible for writing, presenting and deploying the digital transformation strategy
· Responsible for writing the social media strategy to drive consumer awareness and engagement
· Key focus on the conversion of sales through the website
· Responsible for all additional digital activity, to include rich SEO content, PPC and social
· Focusing on insightful micro-level data to ensure the site is relevant and personalised for the end user
· Delivering key PR messaging, working with external agencies
· Working with key stake holders
· Regular reporting on web/social activity, using analytical tools
Skills & Experience
· Experienced, tangible digital marketing background
· B2C website transformation experience
· Used to working at pace within a dynamic and driven environment, where you can effect change
· PPC & SEO experience
· Creative content and technical SEO Content experience
· Experience of working with external agencies to on brand identity and integrity
· Analytical and inquisitive mindset to question and delve into reporting
· Conversion rate optimisation experience
· Strategic thinker with a confident and open minded attitude
· Project management experience
· Self-starter that enjoys change and pushing the status quo
· Knowledge of digital evolution, responding to changing customer demands
