Marketing Coordinator

We are recruiting for a great marketing opportunity that will suit someone that is looking for the next step in their marketing career. Joining a highly successful business that have exciting growth plans you will be joining the business as a Marketing Coordinator. Reporting into the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager you will work on traditional and digital marketing channels to raise awareness and branding in line with the marketing strategy across multiple locations.
Purpose of the role
· Liaising with all networks within the group to administer all marketing initiatives, campaigns and marketing collateral
· Dealing with all ad enquiries and artwork requests and adding onto the online ordering system
· Liaising with creative agencies, external Artworker and media agency to deliver marketing requests
· Working on marketing campaigns for individual networks
· Upload content onto Sitecore CMS, using relevant PR pieces and individual content
· Upload content on Social Media channels to include, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest, to raise awareness and engage with customers
· Raiseinvoicesforworks, ensuringbudgetsheet iskept up todate
· OverseetheMarketing content forthe intranet
· Co-ordinatethe deliveryandset up ofevent equipment
· Ensurethe internal printand merchandiseITsolutionsarekept up todate
· Support Marketing Managerand Digital Marketing Managerwith reporting using Google Analytics
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
· 1 year+ experience in a marketing role/department
· Degreeorrelevantqualification in Marketing
· Experience of writing creative and engaging content
· Experience of working on marketing campaigns
· Enjoys working autonomously and has a commercial acumen
· Experience of Adobe creative software
· Ability to prioritisework load efficiently
· Proactiveand creativeapproach
· Excellent communicationskills at all levels
· Ability to write clearly, withgood spelling
· Team playerwithsoundinterpersonal skills
