Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently recruiting for an inbound Sales Executive to join an established organisation based in central Swindon.
This position is responsible for selling all products and services over the telephone to existing and new customers. It is an office based sales role that involves phoning; existing customers to renew/ up sell/cross sell their orders and sell to new prospective customers. All call leads will be provided and the team is supported by Marketing and Promotional campaigns each period.
Key responsibilities
Maintain communications and working relationships with all company functions to enhance the performance.
Promote and enhance the company image through appropriate actions with respect to all colleagues and customers.
Ensuring the company is perceived as best in class. This may mean covering for other colleagues and also looking after matters that do not directly impact on personal targets/earnings.
Work closely and collaboratively with colleagues.
Call all existing clients as set out for each day.
Maximize use of time to understand any trends, up or down in customer orders.
Deal with small queries, passing more complex to appropriate department.
Sell all products in line with company pricing policy
Use the CRM system regularly to record client activity and ensure the customer experiences seamless service.
Ideally, we are looking for:-
Previous sales experience
Strong selling and influencing skills
Strong communication, negotiation and consultative skills with the ability to articulate ideas to employees and management at all levels in a clear, concise manner
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in an ever changing environment
Ability to commit to a flexible work schedule in a growing environment.
Strong time management skills
