Exciting technology business, rapidly growing, seeking an experienced Video Content Editor to join a busy digital marketing services team. Working with the Digital and Marketing Services teams, this role is responsible for implementing the delivery of all internal (and some external) webinars/webcasts and video content.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing AV and photographic support for the company covering the set up, operation of AV equipment and recording plus subsequent editing and formatting of audio and videoconferences as required. To be delivered to a professional, high quality standard.
Provide stills photography to support and enhance video production, and to generate supplementary photography assets that can be used by the wider company.
Full specification of complete AV requirements for all company events
Positioning, installing and operating equipment within the event areas
Undertaking ad-hoc requests from across the company regarding audio-visual equipment and event presentation
Supporting video / audio conferences / webinars in support of live events
Ensuring all sites are connected on time, fully operational and tested and receiving / transmitting good audio / video
Supporting any other live or recorded events in other venues when required
Providing expert support to stakeholders
Working with video formats in addition to event coverage such as screencasts, interviews, show reels, testimonials and mini documentaries
Desired/Required skills or experience:
Excellent understanding of creating & editing content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other industry standard tools
A strong practical understanding of photography and related hardware, including lighting, posing and retouching using Adobe Photoshop.
Familiarity and understanding of webinar best practice and tools such as GotoWebinar and Adobe Connect.
Strong editing skills and working knowledge of editing techniques and processes
Excellent IT skills, including a high standard of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience of using design packages (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Animation skills using Adobe After Effects
Understanding of how video can be utilised effectively on social media
Familiar with Prepress techniques and file preparation following vendor guidelines
Experienced in presentational packages
Knowledge of current trends and innovations in the field of design and video content
