Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to join this successful business at a time of exciting growth. A well-known brand and working as part of a dynamic marketing team, this is an opportunity to develop your digital marketing expertise at pace.
You’ll obviously be hugely passionate about analytics with a strong commitment to self-development. Pulling data from Google Analytics and CRM & ESP systems will be second nature (previous experience of MS Dynamics & DotMailer would be great but not essential).
It won’t just be about creating usable dashboards and data visualisation though. Our ideal candidate will be able to reach into the data and pull out the insight and then share it with a number of stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to influence at the highest level with senior members of the team wanting to hear how our sites are working, and more importantly, how we can improve.
If you’ve had conversion optimisation experience, that’s even better. You’ll be part of a passionate in-house marketing team with a highly agile IT team who can make the changes you recommend quickly. It’s a test and learn environment with customer experience at the core of what we do.
Key skill:
At least 2 years’ experience with Google Analytics in a commercial environment
CRM exposure
Customer Journey Optimisation
Excellent use of Excel and PowerPoint
Transactional Analysis
Data Visualisation
Marketing Effectiveness
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and design the requirements for Digital Analytics
Evaluate and implement the tools to enable the delivery of data and insight across multiple audiences
Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and ideally CRM and ESP experience
Develop KPI and supplementary metrics that assist the business in evaluating success
Design dashboards and commentary models for multiple groups both internal and external
Have an excellent understanding of acquisition models, attribution and conversion goals – beyond the click analysis utilising CRM data to see full impact
Ability to understand the commercial goals and their third party partners and how this affects digital implementations
Work with Marketing and IT on multi-variate testing, providing both data and insight to shape tests
Understand how customer journey and experience is affected by content, design and digital interaction
Previous experience with building marketing effectiveness models, particularly looking at offline measurement would be advantageous
Person Profile:
