Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join this successful business at a time of exciting growth. A well-known brand and working as part of a dynamic marketing team, this is an opportunity to develop your digital marketing expertise at pace.
Key skill:
At least 3 years’ experience in a commercial digital environment
Solid experience using CMS (Joomla, Wordpress, Umbraco preferred)
Fluent HTML and CSS
Experience in designing and implementing multivariate tests
Solid understanding of on-page SEO
Understand wider marketing concepts and methods
Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordination, planning and implementation of all digital content using multiple CMS
Act as the primary lead between Marketing and IT for all digital implementation projects
Provide best practice for on-page SEO, making and delivering recommendations
Work closely with Digital Analyst and Marketing Manager to optimise existing sites and contribute on new sites
Work with the wider marketing team and internal stakeholders to optimise the use of digital communications to increase efficiency, increase lead generation and ultimately, deliver improved customer satisfaction.
Support broader communication goals through the design and build of HTML emails
Share knowledge & skills with internal, international & external teams
Understand the effects of regulatory compliance on digital delivery
Ongoing site maintenance, making recommendations on usability, design, content and conversion rates
Conducting landing page and e-mail campaign tests

Flexible in approach, able to work in a very rapidly changing environment and embrace the opportunities this brings
Excellent time-management, ability to manage conflicting requirements effectively

Excellent communicator, able to translate technical concepts into plain English
Accurate and with an eye for detail
Creative thinking to translate customer insights and find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate to customers
