Rocking Zebra are pleased to be supporting the recruitment of a Sales & Finance Assistant for an centrally based company based in Swindon.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ownership of the sales order process from end to end including pricing, delivery and invoice addresses
• Liaising with operations & service on lead times
• Inputting orders into SAGE Line 200
• Sending order acknowledgements to the customer
• Entering orders onto the internal forecast file
• Generating invoices once orders are dispatched
• Check invoices and email to customers
• File all paperwork
• Answer customer queries on order status
• Chase overdue accounts
• Provide quotations to existing customers to vet new customer enquiries
• Match invoices to goods received
• Reconciling sales ledger – generating statements
•
Experience and characteristics
• Confident with excel to intermediate
• Working with and creating formula, using look up tables, reviewing data with the data filter
• Attention to detail, double checking and sense checking all work
• Experience of the sales order process
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to think independently, prioritise work load
• Confident and conscientious
