Are you a talented Creative Artworker with a passion for scheduling and organizing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with finesse? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team located in beautiful Wiltshire.
As our Creative Artworker and Scheduler, you will be the orchestrator of our studio's workflow. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that work is effectively scheduled, allocated to the appropriate team members, and completed within deadlines. In addition to your organizational prowess, you will also have the chance to unleash your creativity by crafting stunning artwork for a variety of printed and digital media, with a particular focus on Point-of-Sale items for renowned brands and retailers.
To excel in this role, you must be a creative thinker with a knack for multitasking. Your strong organizational skills will enable you to effortlessly navigate through projects, while your expertise in Adobe CC (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) will empower you to bring your artistic vision to life. With a flexible approach to work and the ability to thrive under pressure, you will consistently deliver solutions with exceptional attention to detail, always on brand and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skillfully schedule studio work, ensuring that each job is allocated to the right team member
- Meticulously monitor the status of tasks and manage workloads to guarantee deadlines are met
- Identify and communicate any obstacles or challenges that may hinder meeting deadlines to the relevant Account Manager and Studio Manager/Director
- Embrace a positive "can do" attitude, consistently delivering exceptional output
- Take initiative and work proactively as part of our Creative team
- Collaborate closely with our account teams, swiftly tackling all jobs to ensure smooth progress
- Play an integral role in creative production, ensuring that all designs and artworks adhere to brand guidelines, are print-ready, and are produced within agreed timeframes
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Creative Studio, with previous scheduling experience
- Advanced knowledge of Mac software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (CC)
- Highly organized and flexible, capable of adapting to changing priorities
- Comprehensive understanding of print and artwork processes
 
Skills and Experience That Will Give You an Edge:
 
- Experience in managing studio schedules
- Previous involvement with Retail, POS & FMCG client work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (CC)
Please note that this is a full-time office-based role, consisting of 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
