Graduate Project Sales Executive
Swindon
£19k + £4k Comm + Benefits
 
We are looking for a hungry to learn Graduate Project Sales Executive to deliver new revenues from an existing base. 
 
This role would be ideal opportunity for a graduate who wants a commercial role within a technical environment. It would suit an individual with a can do and will do attitude matched with a high degree of drive to be an active part of a target driven team.

•                    OTE is expected to be 23K in the first year
•                    Additional accelerator commission payments are available for over achievement of targets which can considerably increase earnings
•                    6 monthly reviews

This role is combined with account management, project management and sales and we are looking for a confident, capable and committed individual to join our industry leading client as they continue to grow.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
•                    Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
•                    Visiting potential customers to discuss new business
•                    Keeping up to date with full range of available products in the marketplace and their technical specifications
•                    Applying technical knowledge of products to match customer requirements
•                    Liaising with the engineering team to clarify installation/ specification requirements
•                    Site visits with engineers to clarify specifications and install
•                    Project managing the delivery, installation, commissioning of multiple trades/suppliers
•                    Making accurate cost calculations
•                    Providing customers with quotations
•                    Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
•                    Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications
•                    Processing orders
•                    Ensuring customer satisfaction on completion of job
•                    Gathering market and customer information to assist in producing marketing and social media literature
 
This role requires a research driven individual with an inquisitive mind. With a recent upgrade of CRM you will become the champion of the CRM, exploiting, maintaining and maximising to ensure efficiency and consistency.

•             Capability to learn a technical product portfolio and apply it to site specific requirements
•             Can do/ will do attitude
•             A high degree of self-motivation and drive
•             A confident and determined approach
•             Ability to forward think
•             Ability to plan workload
•             Capacity to successfully manage several projects at once
•             The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
