Rocking Zebra Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager / Sales Manager to join one of the most exciting businesses in Bristol.  We are interested in talking with candidates from an inside sales people management background B2B or B2C.

 
This is a new position, reporting into the Head of Sales and will take direct responsibility for a team of successful inside sales executives.

 
Our client is an industry leading organisation, is well known in Bristol as an employer of choice and offers great internal opportunity for development and growth. 

 
This is a key Sales Management position selling solutions to clients in order to maximize profits and achieve the budgeted revenue targets.  You will be charged with proactively increasing the sales revenue in line with objectives set by the Head of Sales.  You are responsible for setting a high standard within the team that others will aspire to. You will support, guide drive and deliver training and advice on best practise to others within the team. You will be a key support to the Head of Sales and deputise when absent. This is significant sales management and business development challenge.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • To achieve, and where possible exceed the budget levels for revenue
  • Offer drive, training support and guidance within the team for achieving the budget levels for revenue
  • To track year on year performance growing yield revenue and share across all areas under management
  • Take a front line sales role on a market leading business areas
  • To grow business share in a competitive context across all revenues under management
  • To ensure all competitive leads are chased within a week
  • To actively develop sales processes across our portfolio driving revenues
  • To ensure all sales team administration is correct and submitted on time/ to standard
  • To utilise all available marketing, sales and service functions and facilities so as to maximise clients satisfaction
  • To build a file of case studies and testimonials
  • To host weekly meetings, 121s with the team and ad-hoc team meetings
