Are you a detail-oriented Artworker with a keen eye for design and a passion for consistent brand presentation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring artwork is flawlessly executed across various channels? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join this dynamic team.
The role of the Artworker is to support all multi-channel artwork activity, using a strong creative eye to accurately layout and create artwork for press ads, DM’s, flyers, social media, digital activity and website imagery, delivering consistent presentation of the brand to strict deadlines.
Typical activities
  • Accurately create artwork within design templates for press ads, DM’s, flyers, brochures and digital assets for web, social and e-shots
  • Manage the UK artwork priorities and delegate workload between other artworkers and proofers
  • Ensure the UK marketing plan is up to date and accurate, managing the workflow of marketing assets to strict deadlines
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders over press queries in the UK
  • Prepare artwork files ready for print in the correct specs and submit via the appropriate channels
  • Action artwork amends across all stages of sign-off
  • Provide occasional adhoc design support across the UK business
 
Skills set required:
 
Essential
  • Strong working knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and PhotoShop
  • Strong communication skills to ensure planning schedules run smoothly
  • Skilled in print-specific artwork including pre-flighting and outputting
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye
  • Exceptional personal time management skills, identifying key priorities and shifting focus accordingly
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines as required
