Customer Service Advisor

Rocking Zebra Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join this growing business in Swindon.
You will be responsible for dealing with high volumes of orders- responding to these over email and over the phone. Our client will be looking for a strong relationship builder- enabling you to be responsible and first point of call for selected accounts. You will be administrating the orders updating the internal data base throughout the whole process and internally communicating with many internal departments.
Are you a team player? Can you effectively communicate on multiple levels?
To be considered for this role you will have an eye for detail. You will be comfortable working within a fast paced environment prioritising your workloads to meet timely demands. You will be a confident communicator, believe that delivering exceptional customer service is paramount in the success of a business. You will be IT literate, a quick learner and most importantly be a self-motivator.
