Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to build strong relationships with a key account base across the UK
The Position:
As a proactive Account Manager, you will be working within an ambitious sales team, maximising revenue and growth for the business with a defined set of client accounts.
Key responsibilities:
Key Duties
- Ensure regular communication with designated and contacts within an allocated CRM
- Making outbound calls to maintain and ongoing support for the client base
- Account manage defined customer based, identifying opportunities to grow the business within those accounts
- Updating the CRM with relevant sales and pipeline information
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to share best practice and drive additional sales pipeline
- Monitor and report on all competitive activities in the accounts
Skills
- A successful track record within a sales/account management role
- Similar experience in a previous role
- Demonstrate an understanding of how relationship building creates business opportunities and drives sales
- Great “can do” attitude and motivation to succeed
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and in writing
- Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external colleagues and customers
- Be flexible and able to manage time and workload effectively
- Be confident and able to quickly become a product champion
