- Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for a Field Sales Executive to join a rapidly expanding and modern company.
The Position:
This role will be 90% field based with a company car, company phone and laptop provided. You will be working for a rapidly expanding company who are on course for doubling in size over the past 12 months. You will be expected to obtain new business whilst out in the field and in a specific geographical location. Due to the nature of business pretty much any company is a potential client for you with a great earning potential. This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in their sales journey or who would like to start in field sales as comprehensive sales training and development will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
· Developing new business leads
· Providing quotes for jobs
· Targeting of small, medium and large companies
· Building a quick rapport and servicing current clients and contracts
· Have good administration and pipeline management to ensure that all leads are followed up on
· Obtain as much business as possible in a tight geographical location
· Making and attending face to face appointments/sales
Personal characteristics & experience:
· Self-starter, creative, intelligent and confident
· Have the ability to learn and succeed as comprehensive sales training will be provided
· Be very resilient as this role will be primarily cold leads that you will be going after
· Heavily motivated with a drive to succeed, with a massive earning potential
· Ability to work at pace on your own and as part of a team
· An undeniable enthusiasm to learn and develop on the job
