Marketing Manager

Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for a B2C Marketing Manager to join an exciting growing organisation based in Swindon. The organisation offers a range of products targeted to a large B2C audience. We are looking for a creative campaign focused B2C marketing expert who can demonstrate competence in customer acquisition, retention and developing brand loyalty. The role offers autonomy and opportunity to develop within the marketing arena.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for these key areas:
• Support the development of a range innovative campaigns for a portfolio of products, maximising the growth opportunities through a unique understanding of the brand and customers within the UK market
• Support the company brand positioning and strategies consistent with the sales and marketing business plan
• Support the strategic development of the corporate development programme
• To deliver agreed marketing activities on time and within budget
• Co-ordinate the creation of marketing related materials across the business
• Define market requirements for new offerings and enhancements to existing offerings, based on agreed market segmentation
• Manage the life cycle of customers, promote and build the value of products in the market
• Manage the day to day relationships with agencies and suppliers needed for product development, including budget management and performance reviews
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will have the following:
• Graduate with a strong academic background. Marketing qualification desirable
• Proven marketing experience – preferably B2C
• Able to demonstrate marketing input and development of products and campaigns
• Budget management experience
• Excellent copy writing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Likely to have acquisition experience within digital trading channels
• Ambition and determination to deliver results
• Strong organisational skills
