Client Relationship Executive

Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Executive to join a global organisation based near Swindon.  A leader in their industry, this role is progressive and is expected the person will move to a more senior position within two years. 
 
Role Overview :-
 
•                     To be the principle point of contact for major customers
•                     Regular telephone contact with clients to ensure a strong relationship is developed, nurturing each client and having a proactive and positive attitude
•                     Working closely with the Sales Manager regarding the operational and service aspects of the accounts
•                     Preparation and administration support of invoicing and pricing of customer accounts
•                     Co-ordinate customer reviews by scheduling and conducting reviews with appropriate company resources
•                     Keeping the customer CRM system and pricing process up to date
•                     Customer satisfaction management of accounts
•                     Handling any customer issues in a time manner, ensuring they are resolved with the relevant team
•                     Producing monthly account reporting in Excel
 
Key Skills/Experience
 
•                     Proactive account management experience (B2B)
•                     Intermediate excel skills
•                     Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
•                     Excellent telephone manner
•                     Ability to prioritise and deliver exceptional levels of service under pressure
•                     Clear and concise communication skills. 
•                     Proven ability to manage and develop multiple customer accounts 
•                     Confident, ambitious and willing to take initiative and ownership of accounts
